Who we are

Cooper Realty Investments, Inc. (CRI), is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cooper Communities, Inc., a nationally known builder of planned retirement/recreational communities which was founded in 1954 by John A. Cooper. Cooper Communities, Inc. is one of the oldest and most respected community builders in the business and has developed several active communities across Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, West Virginia, and South Carolina.

To accomplish greater focus and maximize shareholder profitability, in 1997, Cooper Communities, Inc. (CCI) reorganized into its current structure of separate real estate operating companies and CRI has been the commercial acquisition and management arm of CCI since that time.

Cooper Realty Investments, Inc. manages approximately $200 million in real estate holdings located in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. The company’s senior management team has extensive expertise in finance, commercial property management, real property law, valuation, and joint ventures.
